| This is a custom built, 3-story vacation rental built in 2008. It features a third floor tower with walk around deck for spectacular viewing of the lake and the stars. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each level of the house has it's own private bedroom and bathroom which gives everyone a little more breathing room. The third floor or tower level offers a 2-person soaking tub, a fireplaces, a 42" LCD flat screen TV, a wet bar with a two zone wine chiller, an electronic dart board and dining table for romatic dinners overlooking the lake. The second floor or main entry features a full kitchen, living room with 32" LCD flat screen TV, a bathroom with glass shower which overlooks the lake and a bedroom. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with it's own TV, coffee maker, wine chiller and double walkout patio doors to deck with a 320' private beach. Here you will enjoy the sweet sounds of the big lake and the gorgeous sunrise. This level also has it's own bathroom and laundry facilities. TowerView 42 is located 2 miles south of Algoma (home of Von Stiehl Winery!) and close to Point Beach State Park, Sturgeon Bay, Green Bay and Door County. |

Reservation Policy:
|
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 to rent this property.
We operate on a first come first served basis. The first deposit received is given the reservation. An advance
payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required sixty (60) days before arrival. The advance payment will be
applied toward the room rent. The advance payment is not a
damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. |

Damage Deposit:
|
A reservation deposit of $300 is required with in seven (7) days of booking a reservation. The reservation deposit
automatically converts to a damage/security deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent, but is
fully refundable within (14) days of departure provided provisions are met.

Refund/Cancellation:
|
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the
arrival date will not incur any penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made
within sixty (60) days of the arrival date will forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
