It is two bedroom 2 bath which is DIRECTLY ON THE GULF. It has two king
beds and a sleeper sofa. We have just spent a couple of months completely
redoing the interior with new paint, 9 ft ceilings, new cabinets, granite
counter tops and some new furniture. I require a $250 damage/reservation
deposit which is fully refundable when there is no damage.
It is a NO SMOKING UNIT. It has everything you need to enjoy your time
on the beach from full linens (you must bring your own beach towels), full
kitchen supplies, TVs/DVDs/VCR and are very nicely furnished. The unit
does not have a washer/dryer but one is available in the building. There is
a heated pool and jacuzzi which is not yet operational but they tell me it
will be ready any day. I can not guarantee it.
You have a great view of the Gulf, sunsets and intracoastal waterway and you
are across the street from a restaurant and a minimart. It is directly on the
Gulf and you do not have to cross a street to get to the water. You can check
