This cottage sits in a vacation home area, which abbuts Lake Luzerne. It's a very quiet area and the neighbors are very nice and helpful. There is enough parking for 2 mid size vehicles by the road. If you're not looking for a lot of bells and whistles for a vacation home, this is it.
Smoking is permitted out side only.

Partial week stays are available if week is broken up on calendar. Please inquire with property manager. 25% rental fee and pet surcharges must be paid 5 days with signed contract of reservation by check or credit card through Paypal. Balance of rental fee, $250 security deposits, pet deposits and $45 cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to your arrival.

From North and South: From I-87 take exit 21 (Lake George/Hadley). Take a right on Route 9N south. If you are coming from the south, you would take a left onto Route 9N south. Go approximately 11 miles into Lake Luzerne. Take left onto Read Park Rd (sign for Lake Luzerne Music camp). Take immediate right onto Read Dr. The cottage is the 2nd one on your right, #4.

Reservation Policy:
|
You may book your reservation either by email or call us at 518-696-2874. Payment of 25% of the rental feeand pet surcharges must be made within 5 days of reservation. Contracts must be filled out completely and sent back with a copy of a license ID within 5 days of the reservation. Please call if you are unable to forward that information within the time period.
Balance of the rental fee, refundable deposits and cleaning fees are due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Damage Deposit:
|
Refundable security deposit of $200 will be required with final payment.
Refundable pet security deposit of $100 will be required if applicable
If any damage property, owner and property manager reserve the right to withold a portion or all of the security deposit depending on the severity of the damage. Tenant will be advised either by phone or letter of this.
All refundable security deposits will be mailed back to tenant within 7-10 days. |

Refund/Cancellation:
|
| The cancellation policy for this property is as follows:
Cancellations made 30+ days prior to start of reservatio period will obtain a refund of the deposit minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations within 29 days of start date will forfeit the entire deposit. Owner and Property Manager agree to make every attempt to re-book the property once notification of cancellation is made. If a new reservation is booked at the same rate, you will be refunded the security deposit, minus the $50 processing fee.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason, including weather conditions. |
