Non smokers only! Small dog negotiable. Owner offers his home for guest on monthly agreement or for shorter visits as Guest of the Owner. Weekly cleaning service is available for a fee. Ideal for vacationers, medical procedures, executive short term or in between home buyers. Light rail several blocks away in "Old Town Littleton", 20 minutes by car to down town Denver, 15 minutes to Denver Tech Center and 45 mminutes to DIA.

Englewood Golf Course, a water park and play grounds within two miles. Access to the 66 mile High Land Canal bike trail which snakes through beautiful southeast Denver; rental bikes available in near by shopping center bike shop.visit cost.

  This town home is the Host's personal vacation home, the Host lives in Vail, Colorado. The Host offers his vacation home for Guest Visits to family, friends and out of town guests in exchange for a "Visit Cost" which is to reimburse the Host for his expenses, cleaning, utilities, cable TV, high speed Internet connection, fees, etc. The Host is not in the rental business and considers visitors to his town home as guest of the Host and not rental guest. Host requires a property damage/cleaning deposit of $650 prior to arrival. Cleaning after departure is charged at a rate of $25 per man hour, minimum two hours. Rates June/July 2008, $2900/mo. $790/wk; Aug 2008, $1300/week. Minimum lease agreement visit is 31 days. Contact owner for details and for special rates for special situations, holiday and possible weekly visits.
Additional Information Visit Cost:$790 per week (7 nights), $3000 per month (30/31 nights), $650 damage /cleaning deposit, $200 pet cleaning cost if accepted. High Speed Internet Service included in the visit cost. Minimum visit cost $790. Additional cleaning service is available for a charge of $25 per hour.

Check In/Out Policy:
Arrivals are assumed to be after 12 noon. Contract Host for special arrival terms. All departures are for on or about noon of the last day of the visit.
Reservation Policy:
Upon inquiry, the Host will advise the Guest of the availability for requested dates and confirm the visit cost. Guest are required to submit by email or fax a Guest Request form which provides the Host with basic information about the guest visit.
Damage Deposit:
The Host requires a property damage/cleaning deposit of $650 paid prior to arrival in the from of a check. Cleaning after departure is charged at a rate of $25 per hour, minimum $50 if you leave our home as you found it. The minimum includes a cleaning crew visit for inspection and to disinfect the bathrooms and kitchen. The balance of the damage/cleaning deposit will be mailed to the guest shortly after their departure.
Refund/Cancellation:
Guest are required to provide the Host with a $200 Reserve Date Deposit which is applied towards the visit cost. If the reservation is canceled and the Owner can procure another guest visit for the same period, then the Reserve Date Deposit will be returned. If no other guests request the same period, then the $200 is not returned.
