Rocky Mountain Lodge is located on 2+ acres in the mountains at Pikes Peak, just 6 miles from Colorado Springs, 5 miles from Manitou Springs, and 6 miles from Woodland Park. We are away from it all in the mountains, yet close enough to explore all the area attractions of the Pikes Peak Region. The Lodge will sleep up to 17 people, and can host up to 40 for family reunions, weddings, and retreats. The Lodge operates as a Bed and Breakfast Inn, and guests may rent individual rooms; or as a vacation home rental, when you can rent the entire lodge exclusively. When operating as a Bed & Breakfast we serve a 3 course breakfast to our guests. When operating as a vacation rental no meals are provided, but guests have full use of the kitchen. We also have a 2 bedroom cabin and a 1 bedroom cottage for rent as well. They are located within walking distance of the Lodge on their own property. They will each accommodate up to 6 people, and have 1 bathroom, and full kitchens. We also offer area attraction and romance packages as well.

From Colorado Springs: From I-25 exit at Hwy 24 West (Cimarron St. - Exit 141). Make a left at the traffic light (Hwy 24 West/Cimarron St.). Stay on Hwy 24 for approximately 9 miles until you see the signs for Cascade and the Pikes Peak Highway and North Pole. Take a RIGHT at the traffic light (NOT a left towards Pikes Peak); make an immediate left onto the frontage road that parallels the highway. Take an immediate right onto Topeka Ave. Your 2nd left will be Hagerman Ave., make a left on Hagerman. Follow Hagerman up and around to the right; the Lodge will be on your left; you will check in at the office, 4660 Hagerman Ave., the house just before the Lodge.
